Black satin finish

Been thinking about the pens I would like to make. I figure I will be making these for me to start so I should be making what I want to use. Can't stand flashy so looking for a brushed or satin black pen tip and top. Think that is called the finial.

Every where I have looked so far, if they have black, are all highly polished. Anyone know where I can get a kit that fits this description?

I have a handful of black enamel kits that are a matte finish.

I don't recall where I got them, but they do exist.

In the tutorials there are 2 articles about home made powder coating. I never tried it, but if that's what yoh like, it might me just the answer

Look for the ones that are Tactile.
It is a matte finish, which is slightly rubber like, but not real rubber feeling, as it is a thin coating.

Also, some of the gun metal and some of the black chrome finishes, as well as black enamel
