Well, you say it's real, maybe it is, but I have never heard of an 11 foot deer. Although I've never heard of a deer being referred to by length either! I certainly wouldn't know about Alabama deer, but I have to think that the deer in Michigan are as big or bigger than any deer in the south would get. They have a lot to eat and a whole lot more land to rome around. I see dozens of Deer everyday, heck I saw one 10 minutes ago out foot and even though he won't let me measure him, I know he can't be more than 6-7 foot long. I hit a huge one two days ago with my pick up, and she was probably the same 6-7 foot long and maybe 200 lbs soaking wet, but probably less that that in weight. I hit her, killed and gutted her all at the same time..that's got to be my 15th time with this truck. The dealer stocks the appropriate front end body parts just for me I think.
