Well it was a BIG birthday yesterday. My wife took me out and bought me a 60" Panasonic ST30 Plasma TV...Won't be delivered until Wednesday but it was fun looking at all the choices. It should be great for our living room watching. Now we're wondering what to do with the 46 inch Samsung LCD we've been using. Maybe we'll give the 12 year old 32" to charity because it still works great and put the 46" in the spare room in it's place.

We also have a new computer due Wednesday to replace my wife's old Dell so we'll have an extra computer with 19 inch Samsung monitor to find a home for. Those problems I can live with.

Hmmmm

You went big this birthday. It's going to be hard to top that next year.
Enjoy the tv..
At my age you start to consider "the long run" as being three weeks so next year doesn't figure into most of my equations-----of course next year is only two weeks away.

Hey, you've made it this far... don't start shortening your vision (mine's getting shorter as it is ... used to be 20/20 now not sure if it's 20 anything now)...

take each day as it comes, and just refuse to die.... I'm shooting for 109... only 39 years more to go.:biggrin::cool:

As my Dad got older and he had a health problem or two, people would ask him how he was, and he would respond," Well my Dr told me not to buy any extended warranties".

Happy birthday. 60 inches? That is quite the big TV. Our house has one TV and one computer. Being the man of the house I know exactly what I will be watching on TV.....Whatever my wife wants to watch.

I'm confused

20-20 copared to 20 Does that mean that instead of watching two 20 yr old ladies walking ,your only watching one at a time now?
