Hello,
I am looking to get a Beall Chuck and collet set. Where have you seen the best price on the collets? I am envisioing that I would like them for baron, el grande, 7 mm etc. I want to ensure they fit correctly with the Beall Chuck.

Any suggesstion on the best place to get a full set with multiple sizes-it looks like it could be pretty pricey if they are bought piecemeal?

Also, what sizes do you find you are using most often?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

You need to look on eBay for ER32 collets. Complete sets (18 collets) are most always available at good to excellent prices. Be aware that one seller...800watt...is sometimes slow to ship. I've purchased from him several times with fast and s-l-o-w shipping but I've not known of anyone who did not get what they ordered. He does not answer email either. I've not purchased from other eBay sellers of ER32 collets. Search and you should find several sets.
Do a good turn daily!

Nick , you might also want to check out the PSI collet chuck set . It's quality is as good as the Beall and it comes with 5 collets and a case for $90 and when it's on sale in Amazon it's a little less . The collet sizes it comes with are 1/4" , 3/8" , 1/2" , 5/8" and 3/4" which I found to be good for most things I do and have just had to purchase a few filler sizes to do almost everything else I use it for . The 800 watt set is a great set but it comes with more sizes that I never need like those under 1/4" so I saved a few bucks by buying the seperates .
