I (my own fault) broke the nib assembly of a Sedona trying to replace the nib. I emailed Berea Hardwoods to see if waas possible to purchase just the nib assembly for the Sedona. Within 4 days, I had a new assembly in my hands. No questions asked. That is EXCELLENT customer relations. THANK YOU BEREA HARDWOODS :biggrin:
