Beer tap handles

Any one make and sell tap handles? If so, what a good price range for a handle? I know it depends on a number of variables, but I just need a ball park figure for a price quote.

I've made a couple and supposed to make some more. Various styles, some have a metal frame that I fit a piece into and some are the full handle.
As for price, I don't know. I trade mine.
