I need to clear out some of my extra blanks. Beer caps are flattened, the corrugated edges trimmed off, bent to fit snugly around painted brass pen tubes, then cast in Polyester Resin.

These blanks are cast on 27/64 diameter tubes. It should be used on the the Sierra Vista or Wall Street III and with a slight curve to avoid cutting into the beer caps.

Cast blanks require very sharp tools and experience. Deburr and clean out the inside of the tube before assembling. I use a small chainsaw file for this purpose. Gently and carefully press the top end straight in. If you have questions please ask. Returns are not accepted after you have begun turning the blank.
