those are great. Another thing to add to my bucket list to try. I saw someone mention jeweler pliers to bend watch parts. Is that what you used for the bottle caps?
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. So to answer some of the questions I use a pair of metal masters offset snips that can cut straight to left. I try and get as close to the top of the cap as I can. Then I take a brass hammer and flatten the cap out. After it is flat I cut the cap into a circle. I then sand the cap at the disc sander. I use a bolt about the size of the pen tube and shape the cap with a nylon tipped hammer around the bolt. I hope this helps.
