Been turning a lot of pens lately, and having a lot of fun. Been trying some new kits that I really like. This one is a PSI bolt action pen, that I turned for my son. He's in the corrections academy right now, and he was the best shot with pistol and rifle in his squad. I'm not proud, or anything!

I just finished this one yesterday. It's for a friend's daughter who is attending Michigan University. Go Wolverines! The kit is a Guardian Jr. from PSI, and the blank is from Exotic Blanks.

And my favorite, fountain pens. I love fountain pens! The first two are Vertex Supreme from Woodturningz, and the third is a Magnetic Graduate from PSI. The Graduate is turned from desert ironwood. The blue and green Vertex is for my good friend Olga. She likes a fountain pen for writing in her native Cyrillic.

Speaking of Vertex, I really like the Vertex click pens too. The four bocote Vertexes are for some of the girls at work, that have been helping me a lot.

Very beautiful pens, indeed !!

In the first one, I really like the design on the barrel ... can you tell me, please, what barrel material you used ? Is it acrylic, or a wood with interesting pattern ?

If you're referring to the bolt action pen, it's camouflage acrylic from Woodturningz.

Here are some Stratus pens from PSI. Fun little kit. The striped one I made for my son. The blank is called "Jailbird". I couldn't resist. The blue one turned out a little subdued, and I didn't like it at first. But it has grown on me, and I really like it now.

What blank is used for this pen ?

.... the very first, at the top of the thread; your original post ... #1

It is a 30 Cal. Bolt Action, but not the one in the camoflage acrylic

My first two Magnum Bolt Action pens. The camo one is for my friend's son, who is in Marine Corps boot camp. I set it up left handed. The blue and green is for my son. I left it right handed. Go Seahawks!

My first Compson. I really like the looks of this pen. It's a nice, medium sized click pen.
