Hey all. Sorry I have not been posting lately but I have been busy with many things.

One of which was I finally got my Vacuum Chamber from Turn Tex (Thanks Curtis, you are the man) and I started messing around with stabilizing Cypress.

I think the final product came out pretty nice but I am biased.

I welcome your thoughts.

Those look good. Did you do anything special with regards to drying them out before you put them in the juice?

Yes, the blanks were all at between 10% and 14% moisture content from air drying. I then let them bake in a low heat oven (about 200 degrees) for about 2 hours. I then wrapped them in paper towels and sealed them in a ziplock bag. Once they were back to "room temp" I checked them and they were at between 0% and 2% moisture content.
