Can't help with direct contact, but the Red Cross has in the past set up contact boards lists on their web site or special web sites, plus phone banks check with either your local or the national RC American Red Cross | Disaster Relief, CPR Certification, Donate Blood They usually have the contact stuff up and running pretty fast. or might point in the correct direction. hope all is well and it is only cell towers and phone electric lines down!

You can also go to FEMA.gov | Federal Emergency Management Agency. Our team will be there tomorrow, ca6dmat.org setting up hospitals and such...we never pass up and opportunity to get soaked or dirty!

Try sending them txt messages. That is the on,y way could communicate after Irene last year. Voice circuits go down, but txt has a lower bandwidth and stays online. Of course if there is no power the local cell sites may be down.
