Since Steve Russell's (member name SteveRussell) newsletter featured an article on sharpening bandsaw blades, I decided to give it a go.
Positive results all around!

I used Harbor Freight diamond cutoff discs for the "tops" of the teeth and a diamond cylinder (also from HF) for the gullets in my Dremel tool. Each process took under 15 minutes on my 105" 4 TPI blade so I'd say it was well worth the effort.
If you don't already subscribe to Steve's monthly (or so) email newsletter, point your browser to his site and sign up!
He has back issues of all his great tips on there too.
