A few weeks ago I posted a ballpoint in green vintage celluloid (LINK) and mentioned I was starting another using one of the blue rods.
I finished it last night - it took two attempts to make the housing for the click mechanism, I oversized the diameter of the hole for the push button to slide into and the wall cracked because it was too thin. Second time around I gave it a smaller push button and it seems to be solid.
