Bailey Chair

I am looking for someone in the Goldsboro,NC area.I have a friend there that needs a Bailey chair made for a search and rescue dog that has Megasophagus.It is a Bluetick.So I think it would be better to fit this to the dog.If you know of anyone in this area that could build one of these chairs would you please have them contact me.Thanks for any help.
