Bad Vibrations

I was getting some out of rounding on my blanks , and was able to trace the problem to the Live Center . I bought a new one from Johnnycnc , and solved that problem . Thanks Johnny ! Now the Head is beginning to shake the whole lathe . Something is apparently out of balance or something . I'd hate to dig into it , and just search for the problem , as I usually do . Does anyone have an idea or experiance with this ? It is a Turncrafter Pro-vs Bought new from PSI 1 1/2 years ago , with maybe 300 pens turned out . Thanks in advance for any help . BTW , I have orders for 60 pens waiting . Talk about bad timing ! [B)]

Call PSI and ask for repair. I can't recall the guy's name, but he has been helpful to me in the past with my CarbaTec.

You might check and make sure the belt doesn't have any of it missing.

There should be holes in the pulley with a set screw in them. They're right where the belt runs on my Delta. Make sure the setscrew(s) is/are 1) present and 2) tight.
