Just finished watching this great video on building a pretty nice table saw sled. At the time index linked below, he goes through a little procedure to perfectly align his fence, to with in ~1/10000th of an inch!
Later in the video he also covers a really simple way to create a perfect 45 degree angle alignment jig as well. Thought I would share! This guy is great!
