I'm happy, And I'm sure that Russ would be happy too.
TimS124 is in for a treat. I would suggest he pay particular attention to Russ's technique for gauging the hardness of a finish on his finishing DVD, once I had a grasp on the technique my finishes became much more durable. In fact, my daily user has a lot pf plating wear but the finish is still going strong. Some nicks and scratches but far better than the kit plating held up. BTW: That pen is 7 years old and has seen quite a few refills.
