Attention PSI resellers

Lately the forum is awash with members bashing PSI and their customer service. A few posts suggest a side benefit of dealing with a reseller is that you can often get better prices than buying direct from PSI.

So...... if you are a reseller, do you deal strictly with pen kits and pen supplies or anything PSI sells?

As an example, I am looking at some dust collecting goodies; items TSGUARD and TSDCKIT.

If you can beat the published PSI prices I would appreciate a PM with your price including shipping.

George, I ordered other items than pen kits and Smitty had them to me in about 5-6 days. I know we have other great resellers but this has been my only experience with PSI products.

I have often gotten better deals through woodturningz and will be placing another order for PSI Kits through them on Monday. I could give you specific examples if you want (I would have to look the up quick) but on the pen kits i purchase, they often are around a dollar or more per kit less than PSI. I know there are other resellers on here that could probably do the same. I only use woodturningz because I ordered from them long before I found this site and have always found their customer and shipping to be good. I too would be interested in knowing what other resellers, specifically those that support IAP, carry their products.

Woodturningz for me too. If they don't have it in stock, they will get it for you. And yes they usually beat PSI price.

But you should write to them, they don't monitor the site all the time.

To be frank, I don't know how anyone can be a PSI reseller and sell cheaper than they do and make any money at it. I can't - so either people that do are somehow getting a better price than I do from them or they are working on a mighty thin margin.

Great idea George. I'll be interested to see how this works out. I do know that Ryan and the crew at Woodturningz do a great job of getting our orders out to us pronto. IF, they have what we need in stock.
