Art quality picture prints

I want to get some good quality (good enough for framing) prints made of some photos that my niece has taken.

Who should I talk to about getting this done? I need to find pricing as I want to help her get started and think they are good enough that she can make a little money selling the prints.

Are you talking film or digital? I've gotten some done at a Ritz camera store from digital pics. Wal-Mart used to do enlargments (from film) also, I have had them do some from film years ago. They don't do it in-store, they send them out to the photo lab...

I have used Ritz as well for booth art and other blow ups...been very satisfied with the quality/price balance...good quality at a good price...maybe not museum quality, but very nice.

If you know how to prep them for printing, I have used MPix quite a bit for a photo class and they do good work!
