This is a new PSI kit called the Apollo Infinity. It reminds me of a larger, somewhat updated European Round Top pen. I like it. The blank is a PSI Lava Bright called Brown & Rose. I love being pleasantly surprised by a blank. This one is much prettier than I expected. I chose the antique brass kit specifically for this blank. I think they complement each other very well.

The refill tip doesn't stick out as far as it should. It's like the tube is a few thousandths too long, since I trimmed the blank right to the tube on both ends. I'll remember to trim it a little more on the next pen.

It's a twist pen (looks great by the way!!!). To try and help the tip a bit. Squish the spring a little or replace the spring to allow the tip to extend just a tad more. Easy fix!

I happen to have some new replacement springs. I put one in, but it didn't make a difference.

I haven't turned that model, but I am finding more inconsistencies myself. It would bother me to no end. I (not suggesting you should) would disassemble and take a little more off. You turned and finished it beautifully!
