Apollo 22kt w/Spalted Pecan

Had purchased the two kit deal that PSI was(is) offering. So with the burl/swirls looking so good. I decided to try a piece of crosscut Spalted Pecan.

Comments/suggestions are always welcome!

I am not a fan of this kit. I think the centerband is too large and distracts from the wood when it is closed. Good job turning & finishing though:redface:
