I placed an order on 11/12 and haven't heard a thing and can't contact anyone from AAP.

I am getting close to going to PayPal and placing a complaint but I wanted to know if this is an isolated incident or if anyone else has had problems with this company.

Both names listed on the website are members here but have zero posts and haven't been on for years.......

Any suggestions?

Only of the the two actually works there. If you get ahold of David he'll just refer you back to Mark. It's possible Mark is on vacation for Thanksgiving. Mark also has had computer issues off and on. When he does get to your order it will come quickly though.

After days of trying to call, I finally got a hold of David. He, like lots of others this time of year, is just behind on his orders.

He apologized and guarenteed my order would go out tomorrow. Doesn't help with my desire to play this holiday time period though....Oh well, guess I will have to find something else to play around with....

The mods can close this if you wish.
