Well the Dave Eaton quoted in the article is one of the people who started our Western Mass Woodturners group,even tho he's using his Central New England creeds in the article. CNEW probably holds a lot mor clout in the Boston area, where they consider western Mass as somewhere near Las Vegas...:biggrin:

Hey, I'm not saying I wouldn't (or haven't) done this, if I know/knew that the wood would just be tossed or shredded. But this guy was stealing from living trees on private property, not just logs of some construction site. But hey, I get it. haha!
