I have been wanting a set of corner clamps for awhile. Woodpeckers has a set for $279.00 dollars. That was way more than I'd pay for a set. I found a set on Amazon for $56.00 dollars and decided to give them a shot. I checked them for squareness when they arrived and they are dead on. I just used them on a frame and I already love them. You get 8 corner pieces. 4 large and 4 small along with enough hardware to use half of them, which I thought odd. I guess a person could use other clamps to use all of them at once, but for 56 dollars I'll deal with it. All in all. I'm pretty happy with them. Woodpeckers website regarding these clamps is a little hard to understand but I think you'd have to spend 500 dollars to get the same quantity I got for $56. If you're looking for such an animal, I highly recommend these.

Cool Find! I might have to consider buying a set like that. So far I've been using some I made out of hard maple, reinforced with an L bracket screwed to one side. Like Mark said, I love the Woodpeckers quality too, but they definitely command a premium price for it. - Dave
