Hello-

I'm the daughter of Joe Schneider (wood128) who has enjoyed this community for many years. I've become his apprentice in selling pen blanks. Frankly, I'm worried the wood is going to take over the house and I'll have nowhere to stay when I visit! :smile: Actually, I'm enjoying learning some about my Dad's passion in woodworking!

Welcome from Sachse,Tx. Be careful about how much you help. Although helping your Dad is a great thing you might get sucked right up in the madness. If your selling blanks for him you might consider keeping enough back for a hotel. Be sure he knows that and I'm sure he'll keep a place open for you to stay. It would probably take a lot of pen blanks to pay for a weekend stay at a nice hotel.
 
Welcome to iap, this place is great! I'm a beginner as well, and this site has been a welcoming and supportive community in which to learn and discuss all things pen related (and some things not!). I hope you enjoy your new hobby!

Welcome from Colorado. Should you not have a place to stay because of too much wood, I would be willing to allow you to ship it to me. Not that I need more wood, just to help out.:smile:
