Another shaving brush

Here is another shaving brush. I am not sure what the wood is. It is just something that I had laying around. If anyone can identify it, please chime in.

Okay...I'll take a guess, cocobolo or some form of rosewood, like Kingwood. Nice brush

Looks like Cocobolo to me as well and I like the look. Not sure how that middle part would feel while holding it though.

I would agree that it is some sort of rosewood but I am positive that it is not cocobolo. From seeing pictures kingwood I guess that could be what it is.
