Is Bear Tooth Woods the only outlet that has the following pen kit: Sierra Button Click Two-Toned Chrome Style B Pen Kit - basically it has brushed and polished chrome parts.

I can't seem to find it anywhere else. I don't mind ordering from them, but I have some other things that I was going to get from somewhere else that also carries the Berea kits and would like to minimize my shipping output.
