Another Coffee wth Alumilite

I went over to the store and bought some nice dark Frech Roast beans and ground them on the coarsest setting. I cast them in Alumilite and this is what I got. There are some little light colored specks, but other than that I like this casting better than the last. This coffee floated where the Folgers I used on the last pen sank.

I took the coffee that I had left over and sifted it to get rid of the very small stuff. I cast that and will turn it later today.

Might be a great pen to chew on if you are getting tired. Look good, I have to try it but I hate the smell of coffee.

I used equal amounts of coffee to Alumilite on this pen.

Looks like the floating was less a problem than the sinking. Looks real nice.
