Here's a Brooks803 blank on a Chrome Phoenix kit with the blank reverse painted white. The photo does not show the true depth of this blank. The swirls literally look suspended against the white paint on the inside of the tube. Wife is already licking her chops to get her hands on this one!

It's not too bad of a kit Jonathon. Was a initially thrown off with the smaller end on the cap side. Had to disassemble and flip things around. I'm going to try and finish a couple more this weekend. Working on some of your black/white blanks next!
