Black Titanium/Rhodium Retro dressed in amboyna.Took a new step with this one.I decided to do both barrels together so I made my first stepped mandrel for friction fit turning.What do you think?Q.C.C. welcome.

Very nice!! I love Amboyna Burl. Friction fit turning?? That is a new one for me as is a stepped mandrel. It may be the photography, but in the second picture it looks like the blank may not be quite flush with the nib coupler.

Here's a pic of the mandrel to show what I am talking about.After you said something abou the nib end I got to feeling it better and your right.It is proud 1 or 2 thousanths.
