Recently I've had trouble with Amazon's third party sellers. Both were returns. You go through the chat check off on Amazon and then they send a message to the seller. If you don't hear from the seller in a couple of days you contact Amazon again. I heard from both sellers, one was sending a shipping label to return the item (it was the wrong item) and the second was issuing a refund. It's been a week and no label. It's been ten days and no refund. Funny too because Amazon said they had deposited the money in my credit card account. So I went through the same chat check off. I've never had that problem with Amazon itself with refunds or returns. Frustrating.
