Recently I've had trouble with Amazon's third party sellers. Both were returns. You go through the chat check off on Amazon and then they send a message to the seller. If you don't hear from the seller in a couple of days you contact Amazon again. I heard from both sellers, one was sending a shipping label to return the item (it was the wrong item) and the second was issuing a refund. It's been a week and no label. It's been ten days and no refund. Funny too because Amazon said they had deposited the money in my credit card account. So I went through the same chat check off. I've never had that problem with Amazon itself with refunds or returns. Frustrating.
 
I feel your pain! Our last one was a hard cover for an Apple laptop. The packageing indicated it was for the right model, but the contents were obviously for something different. Went through the procedures and sent the return but never got the refund. Thankfully it wasn't a high dollar item, but still Frustrating! - Dave
