Aluminium foil printing

Hi pen turners
I am trying to print on foil for better looking graphics . I tried printing on foul like paper but won't stick on the tube . Is there a foil type that is thin and. Can stick on tubes easily and look good . Do you need a foil printer to do this as I only have inkjet .

Did the printed result on the foil-like paper look good to you? If so, it's probably worth trying a few different adhesives until you find one that works.

What adhesive did you try? Maybe something like this would do it:

You can print on regular paper,, then apply foil to the paper. You will need some foil equipment.

Thank you for your reply. The graphics look good but when I try to put on the tube it just peels off. Maybe it's too thick . I need a foil that is thin and can go around the tube easily and will stick.

I use a foil transfer tool on my cricut. I also have a heat wand type foil thing from before my cricut that works too. I'll see if i can find it. It uses heat foils and you just plug it in, let it get hot, and trace your design with the tip. Easy peezy.

Curious, new to pen turning, but I have a Cricut and I have foil what are you doing with it in your pens?
