I had a great experience with Alumilite this week. Back at the end of the bash in February I bought the two gallon Alumilite clear offering and I bought the pumps for the jugs as well.
Since the weather warmed up I've been casting less, it's been about a month since my last casting. But last week I went to do a casting and found that my "B" side pump was locked up and wouldn't pump. So to do the casting I just took the pump off and poured it.
In talking with the fine folks at Alumilite they said it probably got some moisture in it. They said that they didn't think I'd be able to clean it out, it's probably shot.
So we discussed various ways to keep that from happening (yet to be tried).
Well low and behold I got a package from the FedEx person yesterday and to my surprise Alumilite sent me TWO new pumps! No Charge!
How excellent it that? What A great company.
