I got this e-mail today from a man that I met a couple weeks ago.He makes some great segment blanks.
Just feeling this out.
Is there any interest in this, Blanks & Papers
I don't no what thay well go for.
What do you all think?

Mr. Taner :

I was wondering if you would like to make pens from the Burma Teak (Tectona Grandis) I

have from the German Warship "Louisa" that was in the movie

African Queen" I still have the Certificates of Authenticity (signed and numbered) along

with copies of the The African Queen (1951) movie's summery, cast and crew.

I believe I have enough wood to produce 250.

I can mail you copies if you would like to see them.

There is other African Queen memorabilia around here which may able to be used.

Let me know.
Sincerely, Carroll

Might just appeal to Bogart or Hepburn fans, so I might be interested, depending on what it looks like. Does he any any photos of the wood?
