Advice on European style pen

Hi,

I like this style of pen and wanted to reach out to see what your opinion is of the best kit in which to invest.

Penn State has discount going just now but I see mixed reviews - or perhaps that is just the pencil. Hard to tell.

The European is the same as the Designer right? If so, I like the NT (No Tenon) version. I just bought the 12 Pen Pack this week.

The PSI Designer (EURO) comes in a couple of different versions, their low priced Funline needs a tenon and the higher priced Designer NT that needs no tenon. The NT should be the better kit base on its price being about 73% higher. I've made the Funline kits and they're ok.
