I have a hand painted acrlic pen blank that has several small chips on one end. Sanding these chips out is not an option. Would I be wasting my time trying to fill in with CA? Any particular CA?

A picture will help.

Is it polyresin or alumilite or is it really acrylic?

The depth of the chips is an important factor. Are they chipped off the end? Then you need a way to create a "mold" to repair.

It is not science, but it DOES work, sometimes.
