Does anyone know if any vendor sells acrylic white and acrylic black square blanks about 24" to 36 " in length. 3/4" wide or wider. Thanks.

JT, do they need to actually be that long? And do mean PR as opposed to the softer Acrylic Acetate?
Plain black and white are the easiest to cast yourself so why not knock up a couple off molds and have a go? You don't need pressure pots.
Black and white are virtually the only colours I mix myself these days and I use the entire tin ( 5 litres ) on each colour.
Good luck buddy!!

I can and in fact just asked Jonathon where to get the best dyes. But if they are commercially available why bother. Cost me more to cast my own. I know of one place that sells blanks that long but they are rod form and I can not use rod form for what I want to do. The project is very wasteful to start with and If I start using smaller blanks that means more of them and more waste. I will keep the options open for now.

So JT, who do you know that needs such a long pen?????

You know you're gonna have to tell what your plan is don't you??
You're not allowed to leave us hanging!!

You are thinking way too much into this sir. Could you imagine, a 3 foot pen:eek: I am going to need a bigger lathe.

I need the length because of the waste like I mentioned before. I have done this pen here before. Just doing it with a different twist.
