A One Piece Pensar

I hate the looks of the Pensar with the center band so I played around today to see what it would look like as a one piece. I like it now.

I sort of like that... looks much better than the images at the pen supplier site. Loosing the center band saved this pen.

Agree! I think the two short blanks make the pen look stubby.

I agree with you on the center band it's not for me i also think they should've changed that clip,anyway nice try with your mods it looks good.

I like the one piece version much better. It is also a lot less work dealing with one tube.

I agree with changing the clip. A different clip would make it look more industrial.

I used 2.08" on this one but may try just a hair longer on the next.

I did the same 1 piece. I took the center band and pressed the 2 brass tubes on it to get what the finished length should be and then trimmed the Sierra tube accordingly.

I love the one barrel Pensar.

I have turned the 2 barrel and want to try the one barrel. I am not understanding the transmission on this one. So.....can I put any size barrel or should I add up the 2 barrels plus additional band to get the single barrel size?

Carmen, here is the way I determined the proper tube length. I ended up at about 2.08".
