A policeman pulls over a driver for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign.
When the officer asked the driver if he knew why he was being pulled over, the driver became a real smart ass and replied.... "yeah, it's probably because I didn't come to a complete stop, well big deal! I got news for ya bub, in my book slowing down to a crawl at a stop sign is just as good as coming to a complete stop because technically they are the same thing so do what you need to do".
The officer asked the driver to step outside the vehicle and once out he commenced to popping the driver over the head with his nightstick as fast as he could. The driver couldn't believe what was happening and yelled for him to stop so the officer slowed down a little but continued popping him on the head.
The driver again pleaded for the officer to stop to which the officer replied.... "I did stop, well actually I just slowed down but according to you they are the same thing right?
