I just received a great idea in a newsletter from WoodworkingTips.com

Go to the following link and see if this clamp interests you in any way. I believe any of you that are making segmented blanks could use this clamp to your advantage.

Placing a piece of wax paper around the blanks and/or on the clamp's surface would prevent glue from ruining the device. I also would make the movable edges a bit higher to accommodate different blank sizes.

Hi, thanks that would be handy,but maybe if you made the box out of a non stick surface you wouldn`t have to worry so much about the glue,watta ya think..carl
