Greetings from Nebraska.

For anyone that is interested in learning more about some of the people and companies involved in the craft, I reccomend looking through the Podcast interviews on Godwins Woodturning website. It contains a plethorah of information and interviews with many of the names and companies that frequently come up in the IAP forums. Link: Godwins Woodturning Podcast.

Regards - Dave

Thanks for sharing this. I recall seeing it before, but never really dug into it much. Maybe it's time to do that.

I didn't drop any names in my post, but I really learned a lot about Ed from Exotic Blanks in their interview with him. That and Dawn and Ed's focus on customer support along with their involvement and carrying on with Smitty's Pen Works products in the last 4 or 5 years have made Exotic Blanks my first choice when I am looking for supplies and kits. I hope you take the time to find the interview. It is down in the middle of one of the posts so just looking at the top will not get you there. - Dave

Haha. That was exactly what I read on that site before. I see there is plenty of other info, too, but didn't dig in yet.

Thank you Dave for sharing this information. I'm always looking for new sources of information to help improve my skills and craft.
