Over the weekend I was able to finish up a couple orders. The first is a faceted piston filler made from ceboplast, purple acrylic, and bronze. It took a considerable amount of time to make, but turned out to be what the customer was imagining.
The second is a faceted pen made from a blue lava alumilite (which I forget the name of) and uses a Pilot Vanishing point nib unit, which is why the nib is hooded. I'm really pleased how both came out!

John,
Your work is absolutely beautiful. These two are no exception. You make, in my opinion, world class pens with unique designs and precise attention to detail.
Kind Regards,
Doc:smile:

Extremely nice, John !!!! . Congratulations !!!!

I counted the facets on the blue one ... 9 facets ... so 40* per facet.

I think the other is the same but not positively sure .... am I right ?

Very cool! Love your work!

Edit: Oh neat! I thought the blue one was a rollerball until I looked a little closer. Very nice.

Thanks Mal. Yep, they both have nine sides.

Awesome! Both are beautiful as always. Glad you posted the pics of the blue one here. Couldn't quite see the swirl patterns on instagram.
