7MM mods

I had an idea that I might like to do a 7MM fountain pen - kind of on the same lines as a Sailor Chalana. Pretty cool and unique. So the big question is does anyone know of a nib, section andf feed that will fit a 7MM tube? Of course the other challenges are great too. Probably more of a kitless thing of course, but just curious if there is anything around that isn't full custom.

There's some inexpensive fountain pens and nibs at Hobby Lobby. Perhaps buy one of those and take it apart. I'm sure where there's a will, there's a way. I know the refil and the pump will fit in a 7mm tube.
