It's been quite awhile since I've made an actual pen and I wasn't sure this blank was accurate enough to sell, so I decided to turn it. Turned out fine. Wood is Bubinga, with awesome chatoyancy. Knot is black and white vulcanized fiber paper. The pen is a Sierra Super Button Click.

I love the precision on the knot, as well as your typical spacing for the endcaps. The Berea Button Click was one of my favorites. Wife and I are just finishing moving and downsizing our house so I have many days to parse my collection of finished pens, and several Button Click Mechanisms (Berea) are as smooth as when turned/assembled 10 years ago.

Well done Ken.
