I can appreciate the "hard to get" ...

You would probably get a pretty good idea from the website picture on the PSI site ... but, also "probably" you have already looked :)

Edit: WARNING - I question the use of the 50 Cal cartridge as a bottle opener. In my ignorant opinion, the material in the cartridge (brass ?) could be softer than the material in the bottle cap ("steel" ?), in which case the bottle opener may not last long.

I find it interesting and I am sure our friend in Australia will also.

Perhaps my warning above is unwarranted ... looks like these cartridges are probably much stronger than I thought.
 
I made some for a reunion about 5 years ago. I cut a line with a hacksaw, then used a rattail file to get the shape, and made the hook part using a chainsaw file. I looked for pics. Basically it looked sort of like the one in the video. I tested each one on a case of 24 6oz bottles of Coke. The grandkids never had bottled Coke before, they thought it was pretty neat.
