Ok, I've got it. I got my metal lathe working at last (I bought rather big, 300kg used school model for 380V, changed it to 220V). My chucks on a wood lathe (PSI Barracuda) are terribly off-center, not for kitless, so after first two on a wood lathe I've got a pause. Now, it's time to continue!

For this one I've used:
Schmidt nib-feed-holder from IndyPenDance, $3
Miniconvertor from ExoticBlanks, $2
Freebie acrylics from ExoticBlanks, $0
a piece of local ebonite for section, ~$0.1-02
Very nice math!

Weight with full convertor 13g.

Actually, I don't think clips are necessary for these micro pens - they are supposed to just be in a pocket or purse.

I want to make bigger pens with clips, but being overseas, it's really not easy and fast to get new supplies, especially when I don't know what exactly I will need. I think nearest future I'll try some home-made clips from bent wire, then may be order some decent clips that Ed and Dawn at Exotics have.
 
Price of labor do not count to me, I will include it in a bill to buyer:)))

Price tag added just because I'm now stucked with big order done unpayed (delayed), with a lot of debts to everyone I know, not being able to restock kits. But I have stocked some nib units to start doing kitless previously and I have big selection of acrylics (most of them - freebies from ExoticBlanks and Beartoothwoods, a prize from Jonathon Brooks and few fancy acrylics I've bought for kitless work).

But OK, should I add "Metal lathe, $1000"? But it is really fun new tool.
