If you have access to a 3D printer, you can make your own stands. thingiverse.com carries many different items that can be 3D printed.

The one pen version tool about 3 hours to print on my Creality 3D printer using white PLA plastic. The plastic can be easily painted. Thingiverse has many
different pen stands that can be printed. I used the search terms "pen stands"
