Both of which seem quite expesive and I can't tell if the one from lawson-his is MT-1 or MT-2 taper shank

I bet if you ask nicely and place and order with exotic blanks, Ed will run to the hardware store for you.

Seriously, if you can't find one over there, there are a number of us who are willing to drop ship one for you from here. The few bucks you spend on extra postage would likely cut the cost in half or more compared to the links above.
