I mentioned in earlier post my 68 yr old disabled veteran building buddy..I wanted to acknowlege her efforts..No one lays shingles straighter, pushes my ass up a ladder better..saws any straighter..checks my math , heaved walls, yelled at me to hustle hustle any better than Bev..without her abilities I could not have achieved my dream..so thank you Bev for the sweat and laughs toward my dream. As you can see in the picture she is wiring the shop, so I don't fry myself.... Unbelievably she has done all this on a broken wrist, with mangled ligaments... A real trooper....I also want to thank her here for her 22 yrs of service to our country..Thanks for making it safe for me to sleep at night and be able to pursue my dream (also any veeterans who read this post THANKS)

So, exactly what part did you do, Mickr?

I hope you'll make something very special for her when your new shop is up and running.

Great going, Bev! And Thanks for being you!

And like Nancy says, "I hope you'll make something very special for her when your new shop is up and running."

Good onya Bev! I have been married to a Bev for 45+ years, her name is Johanna, one of the real pleasures in life is building things with your partner.

With Johanna around I don't need a tape measure or a spirit level, she has the eye!

I took her fishing this morning..isn't that enuf?:eek::giggle:

Behind every good man is a better woman. Looks like you have a real helpmate in Bev. Treat her well they are hard to find. I have had mine for almost 44 years and wouldn't trade her for anything. Looks like you are going to have beautiful shop when she gets done. Fishing is good but maybe something she would really enjoy might be better.

I think that it is very nice of you to acknowledge all of Bev's work and talent. We are all lucky to have the Bev's in our lives and keeping us safe.
A handmade tool chest might be good for a starter, then I am sure that there is a long list of other things.
