Looking at the times for the rooms on Sunday 20'th - Are we to be done at 12 noon? Just checking as I can adjust the draft schedule to accomodate a noon finish. And if so, do we need to be totally cleared out at noon.

I may be reading this wrong. If it is noon, I personally feel very few folks will stick around for sessions from 9-11 and then we tear down from 11-12, or 11:30-12.

I think we end at noon and then tear down, but I will call the hotel tomorrow and make sure.
We may even go to 1PM, but I don't think we should go any later.
